As we expand our market presence, we are seeking driven Business Development Managers who can unlock new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and help shape the future of our consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors (technology, engineering, and consulting)
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in client organisations to position our services and capabilities
- Lead the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and project scopes
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform growth strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or account management within consulting, technology, or engineering
- Strong understanding of project management or technology services (e.g. product development, software delivery, or digital transformation)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building relationships and driving growth
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
